Construction activity that disturbs an acre or more, or is part of a larger common plan of development, is required to apply for a 1200C/1200CN General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activity. The permit is effective Dec 15, 2020 and expires Dec 14, 2025. This permit overview provides discussion on all the major requirements of permit but is not a certification program for a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control or Storm Water Quality Inspector (Inspector).
This overview is an important addendum to certifications you already have if you are working on projects in the State of Oregon.
