Group Access Pass
CWT Training Academy offers the Group Access Pass for on-demand trainings (excludes certifications) that can be played by a host in a group setting.
The team that learns together, works better together.
A Group Access Pass is best for entities that want to train groups of people in a central location or have multiple locations all needing the same training.
A host registration account is established for the entity and is utilized over a one-year period for all trainings selected for inclusion in the Portal based on the desired number of use licenses.
A Group Access Pass does not track individual participation in the training and will not track participation on a Dashboard. If participation tracking is desired, an EPC can be hired to integrate the data on behalf of the host.
Three Steps to the Perfect Group Access Pass for your Team
STEP 1
Choose the trainings you want to include in your portal.
Select any non-certification trainings you want to include in your portal.
NOTE: Certifications, Schools and Progressive Learning content can be a part of your Subscription Portal offerings, but they must be completed by a CWT Training Academy account holding individual and therefore are not eligible for Subscriptions. Discount packages and other options are available for those trainings.
STEP 2
Choose the number of hosted training events you anticipate.
You will need to determine how many times per year you will host a session of the trainings selected in your Subscription Portal. All trainings are available each time the host signs into the Subscription Portal account.
Example 1: You are going to host a training event on 4 different Safety topics from your Subscription Portal each calendar quarter. You need 1 use license for each training.
Example 2: You are going to host a training event on the same Water topic from your Subscription Portal each calendar quarter. You need 4 use licenses for each training.
NOTE: One additional licensed use will be applied to your account that will be used by an EPC to walk you through the hosting process to be prepared for your scheduled training event.
STEP 3
Choose your level.
There are three levels of subscription and three payment schedules offered. Pricing is per use license per training.
A minimum of two uses must be purchased for each training selected.
One-Time Use - $1,775.00
$395.00 Per Additional Course
$395.00 Per Use Per Course Thereafter
