Spilling the Tea with CWT!

CWT Academy is springing into 2024 with a new look and new features! The website has had a major and exciting update. We have added more features, more resources, more content, and hopefully made it all easier to find and understand. Not only have we added more courses, but we have also started to outline career paths and master certifications that allow you to Choose Your Path and customize the content the way you want it. Our Training Catalog is now searchable, and the various packages, portals, and levels of reporting systems have all been identified more clearly and are easier to understand. We have a page devoted to News and Events that highlight industry happenings we will be steadily expanding throughout the country. All of our Services have been outlined and we have included new Communities, instructor bios and FAQs.

One of the most exciting features that will be available soon is our Resources and Library section of the Academy! This is going to house many of the materials (guides, tools, documents, forms, references, etc.) that are provided in our courses; however, you won’t even need to enroll in order to have access to it. Many of the resources are publicly available documents that we have housed in a way we feel is much easier to find than some of the agency websites. We will also have CWT Training Academy generated forms and documents that you can download and customize.

The goal of 2024 is to expand and offer more resources and courses in more topic areas from our established foundation, and we are well on our way. Things are changing fast and I would encourage you to join our mailing list or get on our social media feeds to keep in touch with out rapid release of new content and features in 2024.
